LLBC Voter Advocacy at Grambling State University
On the weekend of September 21–22, 2024, members of the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus visited the campus of Grambling State University to promote voter education, registration, and civic engagement. The initiative was part of the LLBC’s broader push to empower students and highlight the importance of participating in the democratic process. With energy high and plenty of interaction, the team connected with students, handed out “HBCUs Vote” towels, and encouraged everyone to be ready for the upcoming elections. The next stop on the tour is Southern University on October 5.
