The Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus is pleased to host its 2026 Annual Legislative Retreat in Shreveport and Bossier, Louisiana.
The Annual Retreat serves as a critical forum for members to engage in thoughtful policy discussions, strategic planning, and collaborative dialogue focused on advancing equity, expanding opportunity, and improving outcomes for communities across Louisiana.
As part of this convening, the Caucus will host a public Town Hall Meeting to engage directly with residents and community stakeholders.
